Brian Kerr has been
teaching cooking classes for the past 5 years. He began cooking
professionally in 1986 after learning the basics at his mother's and
grandmother's side. His first stint as an Executive Chef began in a pub
in Corvallis, soon beginning work in restaurants and country clubs, a
boutique hotel in Cannon Beach, and a summer in a Russian fishing camp.
Brian loves to cook for his finicky kids, creating memorable meals for
his family and friends and community.
