Cathy Whims

Cathy Whims is no stranger to
the food lovers of Portland. She has taught classes at In Good Taste for many
years and is always a favourite with our students. Under Cathy's guidance as
executive chef and co-owner, Genoa's Restaurant won many awards. Cathy
now spends her time teaching others how to prepare wonderful Italian food,
traveling, and brushing up on her Italian language skills. Cathy was recently
accredited as a Certified Culinary Professional (CCP) by the International
Association of Culinary Professionals (IACP).
Cathy with her husband, David, and another couple now owns
Nostrana, a wonderful Italian restaurant in Portland, OR.
