Pam Henderson

 

After a very successful 20 year career in business finance and procurement, Pam decided to follow her heart (rather than the money). With her family's support, she set aside her MBA and went back to school - culinary school!

Since then, Pam hasn't looked back. She has worked in catering, wine retail, food retail, and kitchen management all the while cooking as much as she can. She recently moved to Portland to continue her culinary quest.

Pam is an avid wine collector and loves to create recipes to utilize the best of the season's ingredients.
