100 Mile Radius Meals An Adventure with Sustainable Foods
This class will feature the best of what Barb Randall finds within one hundred miles of In Good Taste. Using locally produced meats, fruits, vegetables and cheeses is the premise of the Slow Food Movement. Class participants receive a vendor contact list as well as recipes for creating the meal at home.
Tasting of Three Rings Farm Bloomy Rind Goat Cheeses Pat Morford makes these: the ash coated Humbug Mountain; an aged Full Moon; and, a Yaquina Bay Pave, with it's delightful kick of peppercorns!
