Foods For Holiday Giving

 

Are you stumped during the holidays about what to give as gifts? This holiday season give something from the heart of your kitchen.  Come join us to make Chocolate Cognac Truffles and Espresso Toffee for the sweet tooth.  And for savory gifts, why not marinated Chèvre?  Also included will be a Dried Cherry Cordial, a wonderful after dinner drink made from intense Dried Cherries and Vodka.  All these gifts can be made in advance to ease your holiday frenzy!  A lovely holiday buffet will be served during the class.

 

Everyone will take home a small jar of prunes in Armagnac to enjoy over the holidays.

Using the finest chocolate available, Nancy will show you how to make ganache truffle centers flavored with exquisite Cognac.

Plump prunes preserved in Armagnac are stunning in both sweet and savory dishes

This beautifully colored sweet liqueur is good on its own and puts more sparkle into champagne
