Hands On Exotic Holiday Buffet
Are you looking for that extra something to make your holiday gathering memorable? Join Maya to create a delicious, visually stunning selection of dishes. Spices and other exotic ingredients will dazzle your friends. In this hands-on class, each student will participate in the preparation of at least three dishes. The techniques in the class include: preparing crostini, preparing fava beans, preparing a quick duck confit, roasting salmon, and preparing tortes.
