Salute to Oysters
Get to know your Pacific NW oysters. In this class, you will sample an assortment of oysters, cooked and raw. Explore oyster shucking, handling, cooking and enjoying. This class features a luxurious menu, sure to satisfy any seafood lover.
Dan Brophy is a Certified Executive Chef and a Certified Culinary Educator. He is an edible inner tidal specialist and has been a Master Gardener since 1992. Dan is also a mushroom forager and a grower and supplier of edible flowers, trick vegetables, herbs, fruits, wild mushrooms, and brown eggs.
Oysters on the half shell served with a trio of condiments mignonette sauce, roasted pepper relish and classic cocktail sauce Served with bubbly, of course!
