A Sustainable Thanksgiving with Barb Randall
This class will feature the best of what Barb Randall finds within one hundred miles of In Good Taste, helping you to 'eat local' in Portland. Using locally produced meats, fruits, vegetables and cheeses is the premise of the Slow Food Movement. Class participants receive a vendor contact list as well as recipes for creating the meal at home.
