A Culinary Tour de France with Chef Tom Hurley & Ken Collura, Sommelier
Join Tom Hurley, executive chef and owner of Hurleys restaurant, as he takes you on a culinary tour around France. Ken Collura, sommelier at Andina, has collaborated with Tom to pair wines from the region with each dish.
This fabulous meal will showcase Tom’s creativity in the kitchen. During the class, Tom will describe each dish and how he strives to create new taste sensations. Ken will describe the wines to you and how he chose the wine to match the food.
