Hands on: Easy as Duck Soup
If you love duck but find a whole duck intimidating, this class is for you! You will learn how to cut a duck into separate parts and use them in a variety of Asian-influenced dishes. In this hands-on class you will learn how to sauté and broil duck breasts, braise duck legs, and create a full-flavored duck stock, as well as a whimsical duck-themed dessert.
