Hands on Fall Fusion Celebration

Brighten your repertoire with fresh interpretations of familiar dishes. The cool weather of fall demands comfort food, and using ingredients and techniques from around the world yields new and exciting dishes. In this hands-on class Maya will guide you through techniques for combining multiple cuisines. You will use a variety of spices and methods, including preparing fritters, stir-frying, poaching seafood, roasting, and preparing panna cottas.
