Hands on: Sharing Oregon's Bounty The fall and winter months are a wonderful time to stay indoors and entertain friends with this array of dishes using Oregon’s products. You’ll especially enjoy how it will dazzle visitors. In this hands-on class you will learn techniques including making a coulis, roasting meats and vegetables, preparing strudel, balancing dressings, and working with chocolate.
