In this class, Lisa Shara Hall will teach you what quality means, help you decipher labels, and show you which Napa, Bordeaux, Burgundy, Champagne, Tuscan, and Spanish wines are worth their price tags. You will learn how to select wines that you can serve with pride—wines that will impress your family and friends—and wines that you can buy for the cellar.

In the class, you will taste:

Champagne (French, of course)

Grand cru Riesling

Premier cru white Burgundy

Premier cru red Burgundy

A top Walla Walla wine

A second growth Bordeaux.

Come join Lisa to explore the world of upper end wines.
