A Celebration of Spring
As the days grow longer and warmer, we turn away from the rich, heavy food of winter and toward the refreshing vibrant tastes of the year’s first harvests. This menu celebrates the bounty of spring in Oregon with morel mushrooms, sweet peas, and strawberries.

Almond Custard Cake with Strawberry-Rhubarb Compote A dense cake baked with a surprise layer of vanilla custard
