Hands On: Brunch Classics for Mother’s Day
Brunch can be a decadent feast, a meal worth looking forward to all week long and lingering over. In this class we will update a few classics, and you will learn the technical aspects of cooking eggs, omelets, and making hollandaise sauce. This class is a fun alternative to the typical Mother’s Day Brunch as you and Mom cook, learn, and eat together! Each student will have the opportunity to cook up both egg dishes and much more.
