Grilling Mastery with Dan Brophy You will learn some of the basics of grilling (charcoal vs. gas; indirect vs. direct heat; all about marinades) before Dan shows you how to prepare the dishes he’s chosen. As he explains, Dan will share his grilling secrets, learned through years of cooking and teaching. You will also learn how to cook steaks on the grill, as well as other meats and vegetables. You’ll finish with a delectable fruit dessert prepared right on the grill. Dan Brophy is a Certified Executive Chef and a Certified Culinary Educator. He is an edible inner tidal specialist and has been a Master Gardener since 1992. Dan is also a mushroom forager and a grower and supplier of edible flowers, trick vegetables, herbs, fruits, wild mushrooms, and brown eggs.
