This is a wonderful hands-on class for Dad who likes to get in the kitchen and cook and eat spicy food. Bring your Dad to this American Southwest class that has food as colorful as the landscape. It has strong assertive flavors and bright colors on the plate as well as the palate. This menu covers the basic traditional techniques that have been used for years with contemporary methods and plate presentations. Learn the best way to make aioli, homemade tortillas, grill ribs and chicken on the stove top, and make a tangy flank steak.

Grilled Halibut With tangy mango Salsa and Tomatillo Guacamole
Peanut-chipotle Barbeque Ribs Baby back ribs braised in peanut chipotle barbeque sauce finished on the grill and served with corn tomatillo salsa
Grilled Flank Steak Tacos Homemade tortillas filled with our chipotle marinated flank steak, Arugula, red Chile sauce and Queso fresco
