Island cooking brings out the best in seafood and game hens, with influences ranging from around the globe: Chinese, Filipino, Hawaiian, Japanese, Korean, Portuguese, Puerto Rican, Samoan, Thai, Vietnamese and others. Sample some of these cultures within our menu and get prepared to host a Luau of your own. Grass skirts and Hawaiian shirts are optional.
