Hands on Celebrating the Spring Farmer's Market Oregon's Seasonal Best
The opening bell at the first Portland farmer’s market begins the excitement of tasting the delicious seasonal flavors of local produce. This menu will use produce purchased from the Portland Farmer’s Market on the day of the class and paired with fresh fish and seafood. For those adventuresome individuals, join us that morning to help pick out the product and talk with the farmers. Class participants will practice preparing fresh produce, fish and seafood using a variety of cooking methods.
