Join us to prepare a contemporary collection of Asian-inspired seafood dishes. You will find many exotic tastes that will become new favorites, and master cooking seafood to make myriad of your own creations. The techniques in the class include braising, grilling, poaching, and searing fish and shellfish.

Crab Summer Rolls

Crab and refreshing produce in crunchy rice paper

Hoisin-Braised Halibut in Lettuce leaf wrappers

Gentle cooking infuses halibut with aromatic spices

Grilled Salmon with Chili Dipping sauce

Skewered strips of salmon cook quickly

Scallops and lime butter sauce

Curry-rubbed grilled shrimp and raita

A handmade blend of spices gives complex flavor to shrimp, served with cooling cucumber salad

Fresh Strawberries with Cinnamon Panna Cottas served but not demonstrated in class
