Hands on Taco Party

Tacos don’t just mean ground beef and cheddar cheese!

Come have fun with us as we prepare three authentic taco fillings with delicious accompaniments you can mix and match. You will learn classic Mexican culinary techniques like roasting fresh chiles and salsa preparation, and even get to try dessert tacos! This is a great workshop for groups of friends or family members to take together.

Fresh Fish Tacos

with Red Cabbage, Lime Sour Cream & Red Chile Sauce

Beef Carnitas (Fire-Seared Sirloin)

with Smoked Chile Salsa

Shrimp and Avocado Tacos with Fresh Salsa Verde

Chicken with Tomatillos and Cilantro with Mexican Farmer’s Cheese

Cinnamon Chips with Fruit “Salsa”
