Thrill of the Grill

Take the flavors up a notch by learning the grilling techniques in this class. Skewers, marinades, salsas and sauces are highlighted, as well as more unusual grill fare like breads, veggies and fruit!

This is a partial-participation class. There will be some presentation by the chef to show the techniques, and you will have the opportunity of grilling if you want to try in class.
