"Getting Ready for Summer" Grilling with Chef Tom Hurley
And now for something completely different...
Get ready for the summer grilling.... Tom Hurley will share with you his secrets for grilling like a pro.
Tom is the executive chef and owner of Hurley’s Restaurant in Portland and recently opened a new Korean-French restaurant, Coupage, in Seattle.
Tom trained in classical French cooking at the French Culinary Institute in New York City. Prior to that he was a firefighter so he knows all about fire!
