Are you familiar with Carmenere and Bonarda? How about Malbec from Mendoza and Shiraz from Darling? Get acquainted with these varietals and some more familiar names (Cabernet, Sauvignon Blanc, etc.) at our class on Southern Hemisphere wines. We'll feature bottlings from Argentina, Chile and South Africa and explain how best to pair them with your favorite dishes.
