Our 100-Mile Dinners continue with a peek and a promise of what is in store as the earth awakens and brings forth spring bounty once again.  Each month Barb Randall leads a hands-on adventure using what is in season at the time to create satisfying and delicious feasts for the class to share.

April features an all vegetarian First Tastes of Spring Feast!

Roasted Asparagus and Morels with Shallot Butter

Tossed Spring Greens with Shaved Fennel

Asparagus Cream Lasagna (with homemade pasta!)
