An Evening of Traditional Mexican Cooking with Billy Schumaker
Chef Billy Schumaker of Portland’s own Taqueria Nueve and D.F. will come to In Good Taste to share his recipes for traditional Mexican favorites. This is a demonstration class, but Billy will encourage audience participation, so don’t be surprised if he asks for a few volunteers.
