Hands on: Advanced Knife Skills

Are you comfortable with the basics and wondering what’s next? Go beyond slicing and dicing and learn how to bone a whole chicken, skin a fish fillet, and remove the silverskin from any cut of meat. Try your hand at a variety of fun garnishing techniques, and practice sharpening your knives on a whetstone. Remember to bring your boning knife and apron!
