Hands On: Shaped & Filled Pastas
In this hands-on class, you will learn the basics of making pasta dough and the art of filling and shaping pasta. You’ll try three shapes—pillow like ravioli, candy wrapper shaped tortelli, and the easier than it looks tortellini. The class will also prepare three different fillings and cook two sauces for the homemade pasta.
