Hands On: Delightful Summer Gathering
Summer entertaining should be simple to allow us to enjoy our guests and the outdoors. This class will feature four dishes that utilize the local summer harvest and abundance of ingredients available during this season. Learn to grill fresh tuna, trim and roast beef tenderloin, and emulsify mayonnaise.
Frisée & Goat Cheese Salad with Warm Bacon Vinaigrette
Dungeness Crab Cakes & Saffron Aïoli with Grilled Vegetable Salad
Traditional Salad Niçoise with Ahi Tuna Composed salad of grill-seared Ahi tuna, tomatoes, green beans, potatoes, and Niçoise olives with herb vinaigrette
Salad of Roast Filet of Beef with Arugula and Homemade Creamy Herb Dressing Accompanied by fingerling potatoes
Oregon Strawberry & Lavender Sorbet Served but not demonstrated
