In this class, you will learn to make pastry dough from scratch and then create the forgiving galette and its upscale cousin, the tart. Both showcase Oregon’s wide range of abundant summer produce perfectly. These foods travel well and are wonderful hot or cold—making them ideal for al fresco dining in style!
