It’s a well known fact that Italians know how to live the good life. And here’s your chance to get away to Italy, if just for an evening. You’ll be transported to a Roman loggia, where the breeze, and a few indulgent frozen treats, ease the summer heat. You will be treated to a delicious light meal, perfect for al fresco entertaining, and then you’ll enjoy some of the sweetest things life has to offer, a variety of creamy Italian frozen desserts and delicious Italian cookies. You will learn techniques for perfect granitas, gelatos, and semifreddos.

Gelato di Caramello Luscious caramel Italian ice cream served with fresh raspberries, caramelized apricots, and pine nut macaroons
Semifreddo al Cappuccino Coffee gelato layered with chocolate cake, frozen in a mold, and served with mocha sauce and candied orange
