A Night in New Orleans with Adam Higgs of Acadia
You don’t have to travel to Louisiana to get a taste of the Big Easy. Adam Higgs, co-owner and Chef of Acadia, is dedicated to authentic recipes, and he has a way with seafood. In this class, you will learn his secrets to cooking fresh fish and shellfish. He will also take the mystery out of cooking a dark roux.
