Provence, in the south of France, is the region of sun and light where the aroma of herbs lingers in the air. The cuisine is characterized by bright fresh flavors, with a bit of garlic, tomatoes, fresh herbs, olives, and olive oil. As in the Pacific Northwest, summer in Provence, when ingredients are at their peak, is the best time to cook. So come join us in a feast of Provence.

 

Crispy Deep Fried Squid, Shrimp & Vegetables

Served with aioli

 

Salad of Spinach, Beets, Oranges & Olives

Topped with fried shallot

 

Seared Ahi Tuna with Caramelized Onion & Tomato Jam

Nestled on a bed of Lentils de Puy

 

Fresh Berries with Beaumes de Venise Sabayon

Accompanied by a puff pastry cinnamon twist
