The Thai Magic Three
The Magic Three in Thai cooking are the exotic tropical herbs—lemongrass, galangal root, and kafir lime leaf. This Thai cooking class will introduce you to the use of these three compatible companions and more. Soraya will demonstrate how to use fresh herbs in seafood soup, a rich curry, and with vegetables. Your spicy dinner will conclude with a cool and crunchy coconut ice cream. In this class, Soraya will also display the fine art of Thai-style vegetable carving.
