Riedel Tasting
Professor Claus J.
Riedel was the first designer to recognize that the bouquet, taste,
balance, and finish of wines are affected by the shape of the glass from
which they are drunk.
Taste the difference a glass makes! Have you ever wondered what the difference is between a Riesling wine glass and a Chardonnay wine glass, Burgundy or Bordeaux? Test for yourself and see if it really does make a difference.
Each piece of Riedel stemware is shaped to enhance the aroma and flavor of a specific type of wine. Join us as we explore and experiment with a series of different glasses and how they affect the specific varietal for which they are intended. You will also take home with you a set of four Riedel glasses valued at $100.00.
Instructor: Riedel Representative Date: Monday, August 14 at 7:00 pm Fee: $120
