Cheese, Glorious Cheese by Paula Lambert
Paula Lambert founded The Mozzarella Company in Dallas in 1982. The company is internationally known for the wide array of award-winning cheeses that it makes. Recently D Magazine named Paula one of “Thirty People We Love,” stating that she is “Dallas’ unofficial ambassador of good taste and things that taste good.” Paula is the author of The Cheese Lover’s Cookbook and Guide and has recently completed Cheese, Glorious Cheese.
