Farmers' Market Vegetarian Cooking

Let’s visit the farmer’s market together and discover all the amazing options this part of the country has to offer in late summer. We’ll meet at the Thursday Market at Ecotrust and make our dinner purchases together, discussing what is in season and at its best. Then we’ll walk back to In Good Taste to prepare our meal together. Menu to be determined by the bounty that is available that week, and each student has the opportunity to influence the menu. Our ingredients will be as local as possible and meeting our farmers is always fun. Please join us!
