Martini Magic

Get together with your friends for a great night out: enjoy a great cooking lesson, taste good food, drink glamourous martinis, and learn some new tricks in the kitchen. Michele will lead you on this fun evening.

1^st course: Apple-tini

served with appetizer of Walnut pesto, Granny Smith apples, goat cheese & caramelized onions on crostini

2^nd course: Shrimp Martini

Shrimp cocktail served in a martini glass with vodka-chile sauce

3^rd course: Traditional Martini with cool olive spears

served with Petite Filet of Beef, Port reduction and fresh horseradish

Asiago potatoes

Prosciutto & asparagus

4^th course: Choco-tini

served with chocolate soufflé & crème Anglaise, and seasonal fruit
