Are you amazed by the ease with which chefs handle their knives? You, too, can learn to mince, dice, and julienne with confidence and speed. Practice the proper techniques to mince, dice, chop, slice, chiffonade, Asian julienne, segment citrus, and more. With information of how to select and properly maintain fine knives. Remember to bring your apron!
