Hands on Magical Evening in Mexico

Join chef Dan Brophy as he takes you on a culinary tour of old Mexico. In this hands-on class, you will learn to make delicious crisp tacos with three different fillings; how to stuff squash blossoms; how to make a traditional black mole, redolent with turkey; and how to make a favourite Mexican dessert, a flan.

Squash Blossom Soup

Corn and chili soup with farmer’s cheese stuffed squash blossoms

Pineapple, Avocado and Jicama salad

Traditional Oaxacan Black Mole with Turkey

Coconut and Ginger Flan
