Hands on Fall Fusion Feast
The autumn harvest brings produce full of mellow flavor. Using ingredients and techniques from around the world yields new and exciting dishes. In this hands-on class Maya will guide you through techniques for combining multiple cuisines. You will use a variety of spices and methods, including preparing a smooth soup, roasting meat and vegetables, poaching, and baking a crisp.

Coconut poached salmon and green beans
Roasted Pork tenderloin with cornbread and sweet sambal A relish of chilies and palm sugar with a quick roast and crunchy cornbread
