Hands on Vegetarian Grill
Grilling is a quick way to intensify the flavor in foods, and it works for vegetables, too! Marinating and rubbing with spices also add to the flavor of a variety of produce. In this hands-on class you will learn grilling techniques including marinating, dry rubs, preparing soft and hard vegetables for grilling, balancing dressings, and working with puff pastry and chocolate. The dishes in this class do not contain eggs.
