 In Good Taste Cooking School welcomes Marie Simmons

 

When Marie suggested we put together a menu of our favorite recipes from her cookbooks, we were hard pressed to choose just four. Her books are loaded with recipes that are delicious, stylish, and simple to prepare. Join us for this intimate evening with Marie with a menu inspired by her books Fig Heaven, The Amazing World of Rice, and The Good Egg, where you will learn all of her cooking secrets.   

 

Marie Simmons is a prolific cookbook author and popular cooking teacher, and she has received two James Beard Awards and a Julia Child Cookbook Award. Marie is currently sharing her passion for food at COPIA: The American Center for Wine, Food, and the Arts, in Napa, where she works as the Culinary Programs Manager.
