Paella: The Perfect Party Food

This saffron-scented dish from Spain, originally made over an open fire outdoors by field workers, is perfect for entertaining. Paella combines fragrant rice, saffron, garlic, sweet pepper, shellfish, fowl, and sausage for a stunning visual presentation as well as a sumptuous feast. Sip a fruity sangria as you gather around to watch the seafood-studded golden paella simmer away.
Sangria A traditional blend of red wine and fresh fruit
Gazpacho de Congrejo Refreshing and spicy crab salad with gazpacho sauce
