You will learn the techniques that Tom Hurley uses in his restaurant on a daily basis. This is not a class in which you’ll slavishly follow a recipe; rather, Tom will teach the steps to help you create memorable dishes at home. His passion for the freshest ingredients shines through in his food and in the way he teaches each menu. You always leave Tom’s classes loaded with tips and techniques to better your own cooking.
Gourmet magazine’s 2004 Restaurant Guide named Hurley’s a “Big Deal” restaurant in Portland. The restaurant is not yet 2 years old, yet it is firmly established in Portland as one of the great dining destinations.
