Wine Cooking Extravaganza
Wine connoisseurs carefully pair wines to drink with their meals but spend little time selecting wines to use in their cooking. This class will focus on the different characteristics of wine and which wines are best suited for various cooking needs. You’ll learn about wine flavor profiles and how to pair food and wine. To start the evening, you’ll enjoy Cabernet and black pepper wine crackers and a Kir Royale. Each course will be paired with a specifically selected wine.
