Andina will present a four-course Peruvian dinner and wine seminar for you. Passed hors d'oeuvres will be followed by three savory courses and a dessert done in both a traditional and novoandina style. Each course will be paired with a wine from South America, and detailed descriptions of each course and its paired wine will be offered.

Wines to be poured will include a Torrontes, a Malbec/Bonarda Blend: a Malbec and/or Syrah from Argentina and a Carmenere and a dessert white from Chile.
