Hands On Artisan Pizza with Cathy Whims
In this hands-on class, you will learn to make artisan pizzas from the pro! Cathy Whims of Nostrana will step you through all the basics of making the dough, the toppings, and the best ingredients possible.
Cathy Whims has been serving classic Italian fare to Portland diners for years, and she is dedicated to marrying Italian culinary tradition with the fresh and local foods of the Northwest. Her newest restaurant venture, Nostrana, was named Restaurant of the Year by the Oregonian. Previously, under Cathy's guidance as Executive Chef and co-owner, Genoa also gained national recognition.
