Hands On: Gluten-Free Baking
Have you, a friend or family member been challenged by a gluten intolerance forcing you to give up cherished food items like bread, muffins and desserts? Are you overwhelmed trying to find already prepared gluten-free products that are reasonably priced and taste good? In this class you will learn how to prepare two "flour" mixes suitable for quick bread and yeast bread in addition to a streusel topping and tart dough. You will take home the two mixes for use at home.
Please let us know at the time of registration, if you are dairy-intolerant.
