Hands On: Hog Heaven In this hands-on class you will transform pork into a variety of succulent, tasty dishes. You will learn how to keep the new, leaner pork tender and juicy instead of leathery and dry. Class discussion will include how to use basic techniques from these recipes to make a variety of different dishes by changing the aromatics and other ingredients.
